Detox: 9ja
Most times flushing a system mean cleansing or cleaning if you like, it of the unproductive destructive indulgements and residue of previous intoxications that now cause you to be at a substandard level of productivity than you should be. Not many people know when their system needs detox.. sometime they blame their laziness, ineffectiveness on reduced ability on age and what not. When really your pregnancy(pot belly) was because you over indulged in maybe too much read meat and carbs etc, every evening without any form of exercising activities like walking down your street to buy a recharge card. When you could have even just done more chicken and fish, salads, paw paw, and what not, while you use the stairs every now and then.. You know! With all the grooving in those abuja cigarette smoke clubs every weekend, you don't even try and jog or walk around the hood, that is probably why you cant take those staircases at the ministries... Anyhow, the point is that old bad habits not attended to cause some of the inefficiencies of today. To regain former productivity means internal and external overhauling. This is what detox is generally about. Cleansing the system. The longer you have ignored your system, the harder it will be to rebuild it. sometimes when you eat too much pepper(especially when you are not use to it) you just might have a fiery experience at the restroom the next morning. Sit-ups are rather an enduring task, jogging to. Dieting? hmm So, if you want to use sit-ups to abort that pregnancy(pot belly), you must do sit-up like every other day until one day that trouser you love the most fits again. Then you acquire good living habits to maintain those packs. Then we can take it from there. Pretty much like this our nigerian intoxicated, sick lover is. It needs work to regain that level of productivity. We know about that level because we were there at one time. So to cleanse this system, we must detox all those remnants or else we wont be that productive. If you drink plenty of water the day after the hangover, it does not mean that you liver didn't take a blow. Even more if you continue indulging right after. Yeah, ten sit-up today can make you feel good, but only about the fact that you have taken a step toward change but to really change you have to push it further. Because you wake up tomorrow and that belly still sitting right there. Pretty much like one good appointment don't make that much difference, one good policy tied to another horrible one.Talking DETOX here
